You can register at on-site registration desk which will be open in the lobby of 5F of the venue at the times indicated below:

It is recommended to fill in an online registration form in advance and hand in at the on-site registration to shorten the registration processing time.

*Speakers are required to make early-registration before their submission of final paper.

The fee includes conference badge to gain access to all sessions, exhibition,
welcome reception, coffee breaks, electric proceedings, and final program of the congress.

Cancellation:

Registration fees will be refunded after deducting cancellation fees as follows:

  • On or Before August 31, 2015: no charge
  • After September 01, 2015: 50% of the registration fee
  • On or After October 16, 2015: 100% of the registration fee / No refund

Should a visa be needed, participants should submit the Visa Information Form (xls / pdf) to the IGTC2015 Executive Committee Office a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
Note: Please complete both two pages of the form. (The xls file has two sheets.)

The support conditions below MUST be COMPLETED BEFORE September 30, 2015 in order to provide visa assistance.
